SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

All orders are shipped via UPS on business days only (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Elements can only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the Virgin Islands or Guam. We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/ military addresses. Elements does not currently ship internationally.

Orders placed by 5 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day and be dispatched within 24 hours. Please note that some orders may take longer to process and are subject to payment clearance.

RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED THE COST OF ITEM(S) LESS SHIPPING COST.

SHIPPING STATUS

You will be sent a confirmation email together with tracking details once your order has been processed and dispatched.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

Packages may be sent your billing address or to an alternate address. If you have an account with Elements, you can simply select an address from within this section.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to numerous locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur shipping charges.
